HEARING OF COMPLAINTS
Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Barrington, County of Yates, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with Joy Cleveland Perry, Barrington Town Clerk, at 4424 Bath Rd, Penn Yan, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until the fourth Wednesday in May.
If you would like to discuss your new Tentative Assessment, please call and make an appointment to speak with the Assessor prior to May 22, 2020.
The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll, at 40 Seneca Street, Dundee, NY, on the following dates:
Monday, May 4, 2020 8:00 am until Noon
Tuesday, May 5, 2020 8:00 am until Noon
Wednesday May 6, 2020 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm
Saturday, May 9, 2020 8:00 am until Noon
The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Wednesday, May 27, between the hours of 4:00pm until 8:00 pm, at the Town of Barrington Town Hall, located at 4424 Old Bath Road in said Town, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on written application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
