A Public Hearing and budget workshop of the Town of Barrington, County of Yates and State of New York were held at the Town Hall located at 4424 Bath Road, Penn Yan on July 25th, 2023.

Perry opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance at 5:00 pm.
A motion to open the public hearing on the Comprehensive Plan at 5:01 pm was made by Perry and seconded by Yarrington.

The Board discussed the plan. There were no comments from the public.
Resolution 2023-84 to approve the most recent Comprehensive Plan was made by Olney and seconded by Yarrington.
