Highway Report
Superintendent Wheeler gave his monthly report and stated that they will be ordering salt soon for the winter. He also stated that they got some gravel down on Fred Taylor Road.
Resolution 2024-108 to approve the Snow and Ice Control Contract with the County was made by Petro and seconded by Olney.

Code Enforcement Report
Code Enforcement Officer Grady gave the Board his monthly report. He stated that he’s been working on closing out some permits from 2023 and 2024. There are two special use applications being submitted to the Planning Board.
Supervisor’s Comments/Concerns
Supervisor Yarrington stated that he will be attending a Penn Yan Fire Contract informational meeting tomorrow at 4:00 pm. He received the Dundee Fire Contract. It went up over $5,000.
The Town received a top grade from the State regarding the Annual Financial Report.
Resolution 2024-109 to approve the Dundee Fire contract for 2025 in the amount of $129,485.57 was made by Crosby and seconded by Perry.

Yarrington received the Yates County Soil and Water contract in the amount of $23,072. (tabled) He shared a KWIK and KLA update.
Resolution 2024-110 to approve the purchase of a docking station and two monitors for the Code Enforcement Officer in the amount of $680.40 from SCT Computers was made by Perry and seconded by Petro.
